Vehicles For Sale 1963 Chevrolet C-10 panel van. £9999

This rare van is in very good condition, has been the subject of much work to make it roadworthy in the UK.
It has a 350cu in V8 (5.7 litres) from a 1972 Chevrolet Nova. It runs excellent having been fully rebuilt in the States and fitted with a brand new carb and intake manifold.
Transmission is a TH350, 3 speed auto, column shift and shifts very smooth.
Rear axle is the original one and is a bit low geared, though it works fine.
Braking system has been fully rebuilt along with new wheel bearings.
Exhaust is an excellent condition twin Flowmaster set up with 4 tail pipe ends and sounds great.
Underside has had a major amount of work and is in excellent condition, having been cleaned back to bare metal, repairs done as needed, new mounting rubbers fitted, new floor pans, the whole lot being painted in heavy anti-rust black primer, then coated with body schutz with a satin black finish. Very very clean underneath.
Wheels are 22" chrome which have some pitting. Tyres are brand new all round. We do not have a spare for it.
Paint is okay, not a show winner but very presentable and in a true hot rod piss yellow/puke green shade! Passenger door has a small ding where the check strap has been broken at one time and the door has fouled on the wing. I can have this fixed as I have a small amount of the paint. Will fix if the right offer is made, or make lower offer and fix it yourself.
Electrics all work except the fuel gauge, it has new electric wipers, new wiper blades, new screen washer setup, replacement heater as it did not have one in California, and a reconditioned dash.
Interior has had a full going over having new window rubbers all round, including felt and whisper kits. New interior door and window handles, fully carpeted, and rear section fully lined and covered with black and white vinyl, including the headcloth. A pair of Ford Granada leather seats have been fitted, and though not yet wired up, they have the capability of being heated.
The only thing really needing attention is that there is a bit of play in the steering box as it got an advisory for this on it's MOT test.
The van is taxed (free tax) until end August 2010 and is MOTd until 7th September 2010.
